Belangrijk bericht van uw huisarts!
Als gevolg van de uitbraak van het corona virus zijn wij genoodzaakt, conform het advies van het regionale crisisteam, een aantal veranderingen in onze praktijkvoering door te voeren. Dit om zowel u als onze medewerkers zoveel mogelijk te beschermen tegen mogelijke besmetting.
1) Het allerbelangrijkste is dat u niet zonder telefonisch overleg met de assistente naar de praktijk toe komt.
2) Het inloopspreekuur komt hierdoor voor onbepaalde tijd te vervallen.
3) Alle chronische zorg en planbare zorg zal tot nader order worden uitgesteld.
4) Als er contact met de huisarts nodig is, zal dit in de meeste gevallen telefonisch plaatsvinden.

Wij zijn ons ervan bewust dat dit voor u anders is dan u gewend bent, deze tijden vragen echter om andere maatregelen.

As a consequence of the Coronavirus outbreak, we are forced to make a number of changes in our daily routine, as adviced by the regional crisisteam. Aim is to protect you and our colleagues as much as possible against this virus.
1) It is of the utmost importance that you do not come to the practice without prior contact by phone with the assistant.
2) There will be no early morning walk-in-consultation fort he time being
3) All chronic care and all planable care will be postponed until further notice
4) When contact with your GP is neccesary, this will, in most cases, be conducted by telephone
